A certain whale deposited 9380 ETH into CEX two hours ago
According to Spot On Chain monitoring, Winslow Strong (@winslow_strong), the head of Qualia Research Institute, deposited 9380 ETH (approximately $33.7 million) into CEX two hours ago. Since the beginning of November when ETH started to rebound, he has sold most of his remaining ETH holdings, totaling 14,233 ETH ($48.8 million), at an average price of $3,431.
