The head of Deribit Asia Pacific business, Lin Chen, posted on X stating that today's largest BTC block option is: a user bought a bullish option for $115,000 at the end of January next year and sold a bullish option for the same period at $125,000. A total of 237.5 BTC was traded on one side with an option premium payment of $935,000.
