ZK Nation: ZIP-4 will be submitted on-chain in late January 2025

ZK Nation has posted on X announcing that proposal [ZIP-4] will reduce execution delay from 21 hours to 3 hours, and ZIP-4 will be submitted on-chain in late January 2025. The purpose of this ZIP proposal is to enhance the finality of transactions while maintaining security through the supervision of a newly established Security Council.
