Arkham monitoring data shows that a certain chain whale that has been dormant for over 3 years has just transferred $530 million worth of Bitcoin to two new addresses, one of which holds $420 million and the other 1,000 BTC (~$107 million), which was last transferred 3 years ago, in April 2021, according to Arkham.
