Ki Young Ju, CEO of CryptoQuant, tweeted that ETFs, governments, and MicroStrategy account for 31% of the known Bitcoin holdings, up from last year's 14%. This data is not for 31% of all Bitcoin, but for 31% of known Bitcoin holders.
