Osprey Funds has applied to the U.S. SEC to convert Osprey Bitcoin Trust into an ETF
The issuer of Osprey Bitcoin Trust, Osprey Funds, LLC, announced that it has submitted a draft S-1 form registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert OBTC into an exchange-traded fund (ETF).
