Consensys Founder: The US SEC has in principle agreed to dismiss the securities enforcement case against MetaMask
ConsenSys founder Joseph Lubin announced on platform X that Consensys has in principle agreed with the US SEC to dismiss the securities enforcement case related to MetaMask, and the US SEC will submit an effective settlement agreement to the court. Joseph Lubin added that ConsenSys can now devote 100% of its efforts to rebuilding, and 2025 will be the best year so far for Ethereum and Consensys. The transition towards a more decentralized world paradigm is accelerating.
