Bitget will cooperate with the United Nations Refugee Agency and others to donate 100,000 Iftar meals
Bitget has announced that it will collaborate with renowned humanitarian organizations such as the UN Refugee Agency and the UN World Food Programme during Ramadan to donate 100,000 Iftar meals to those in need. The aim is to help alleviate hunger in vulnerable communities facing major crises.
According to the plan, Bitget will first donate 10,000 Iftar meals. During Ramadan, Bitget will host a series of Iftar dinners in places like Dubai and Istanbul and invite guests at these dinners to participate in fundraising. Bitget will match their donations on a one-to-one basis. In addition, through an exclusive partnership with La Liga, Bitget will also hold charity auctions at the dinner parties. All proceeds from these auctions will be used for this charitable event until 100,000 Iftar meals are donated.
Vugar Usi Zade, Chief Operating Officer of Bitget said: "During Ramadan, through our global network we hope to make a tangible impact on communities facing difficulties by demonstrating responsibility and commitment within the crypto industry and helping more people overcome challenges."
