Epoch 755 of Solana has ended, proposal SIMD-0228 did not pass
PANews reported on March 14 that Solana's Epoch 755 has ended, and the SIMD-0228 proposal did not pass. Although the chain voting reached a quorum, the proportion of support votes (Yes votes) to the total number of support and opposition votes (Yes + No) was 61.4%, which is lower than the required approval rate of 66.67% (i.e., 2/3).
Data from Dune Analytics shows that 910 validators have voted on this proposal. Of these, 43.6% supported it, while 27.4% opposed it and another 3.3% abstained.

To my knowledge, UK Prime Minister Burnham did not personally attend but sent a delegate instead; European Council President Costa was also absent." She wrote, "Although the meeting ultimately decided to coordinate the release of 100 million barrels of oil reserves, Japan had already been releasing reserves beforehand and currently has no plans for new measures."
