Solidigm plans to pursue an IPO in the US next year, with a potential maximum valuation of 100 billions dollars.

According to sources, Solidigm, the flash memory business subsidiary under SK Hynix (SKHY.US), has selected Goldman Sachs (GS.US) and Morgan Stanley (MS.US) to manage its US IPO planned for next year.
