According to Coinglass data, the current holdings of whales on the Hyperliquid platform amount to $2.968 billion, with long positions at $1.47 billion, accounting for 49.53% of the holdings, and short positions at $1.498 billion, accounting for 50.47% of the holdings. The profit and loss for long positions is $188 million, while for short positions it is $113 million. Among them, the whale address 0x8be5..58 is shorting ETH at a price of $2212.78 with 25x leverage, currently with an unrealized profit of $179,900.

According to a memo obtained by Reuters on Thursday, Apple has appointed internal executive Steve Smith as head of mergers and acquisitions, and moved Adrian Perica to the services division. The memo, written by Eddy Cue, head of services, states that Perica has more than 17 years of extensive experience in Apple’s M&A and corporate development departments and has been overseeing iCloud, Fitness+, and News since 2023. Details from the memo specify that Perica will now be fully dedicated to the services leadership team and will report to Cue. According to Bloomberg, the company has also promoted Carson Oliver to Vice President of the App Store, with Bloomberg reporting on this earlier in the day.
