This subsidiary was established specifically to implement the company's focus on Bitcoin asset allocation strategy. The latest details of Bitcoin purchases are as follows: Quantity purchased: 6.5577 bitcoins; Average purchase price: €77,770.36 per bitcoin (approximately $105,572.30).
