Odaily Planet Daily reports that the stablecoin project Plasma has officially concluded its deposit phase, with total deposits reaching the $1 billion cap. No further deposits will be accepted. Plasma stated that the goal of this phase was to ensure fair global participation, limit bot activity, and prioritize real users, while also providing ample stablecoin liquidity for the mainnet beta launch—all of which have now been fully achieved. The official announcement emphasized that although the deposit window is now closed, the system will continue to operate. Before the lock-up phase begins, users are still free to withdraw funds; however, withdrawing or transferring voucher tokens will result in a corresponding reduction in units. The team noted that this is just the starting point, and future development will continue to advance.
