Bitdeer Completes $330 Million Convertible Bond Issuance
According to Jinse Finance, Bitdeer has completed a $330 million convertible bond issuance with a coupon rate of 4.875%, maturing in 2031. This marks the Bitcoin mining company's third convertible bond financing within the past year. The funds raised will be used for SEALMINER mining machine research and development as well as data center expansion. This private placement was offered to qualified institutional investors, surpassing the original $300 million target, and includes a $45 million over-allotment option.
