According to Korean media reports, ASML, the world’s largest semiconductor equipment manufacturer, will implement a uniform 10% price increase on replacement parts for equipment supplied in Korea. The new prices will take effect starting from January next year, and the increase covers all components of both EUV and DUV lithography machines.
