Ondo Finance Plans to Acquire SEC-Licensed Broker Oasis Pro to Accelerate Tokenized Securities Expansion

According to ChainCatcher, as reported by CoinDesk, decentralized finance protocol Ondo Finance has announced its acquisition of Oasis Pro, a broker-dealer licensed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in a move to expand its presence in the U.S. tokenized securities market. The transaction is currently pending regulatory approval. If successfully completed, Ondo will obtain key financial licenses, including those for broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), and digital securities transfer agent.
