Bitcoin Treasury Capital Signs SEK 200 Million ATM-Style Equity Financing Agreement with Shareholder Investors
Foresight News reports that Bitcoin Treasury Capital, a Bitcoin treasury company, has signed an ATM-style equity financing agreement with three existing shareholder investors. This agreement allows the company to flexibly raise up to SEK 200 million over the next six months. The financing agreement permits, but does not obligate, each investor to subscribe for shares up to twice per week, with the total subscription amount capped at 10% of the previous trading day's daily trading volume, and allocated according to each participating investor's proportion. The subscription price will be the higher of the previous trading day's closing price or the previous trading day's volume-weighted average price.
According to an earlier Foresight News report, Bitcoin Treasury Capital announced it had increased its holdings by 4.4 BTC for SEK 5 million (approximately USD 500,000), at an average price of USD 118,159 per BTC. As of July 11, 2025, the company's total Bitcoin holdings reached approximately 152 BTC. The company also disclosed that the SEK 10 million raised on July 9 has not yet been used and will be fully allocated to purchasing Bitcoin.
