Bitget launches "VIP Trader Airdrop Program," distributing BGB airdrops regularly every month
ChainCatcher news, Bitget has launched the industry-first "VIP Trader Airdrop Program" for VIP clients, providing ongoing benefits to eligible users and further enhancing the VIP service experience. From now until December 31, all users at VIP3 level and above who achieve a contract trading volume of $1 million or more within a single calendar month will automatically unlock monthly airdrop benefits. The airdrop amount will be distributed differently based on trading volume and VIP level, with the minimum airdrop amount being BGB equivalent to $200.
This program does not require manual registration. Bitget will automatically distribute BGB to users' spot accounts by the 10th of the following month. In addition, to ensure the fairness and sustainability of the program, trading volume statistics will exclude trading pairs with a 0 fee rate and trading volume generated by stablecoin pairs. At the same time, market maker accounts, sub-accounts, and institutional accounts are temporarily not included in this airdrop program.

AI concerns outweigh inflation benefits, US dollar sees biggest single-day drop in over a month
Despite the U.S. September PPI posting its largest monthly increase in four years and retail sales exceeding expectations—factors that should have bolstered the dollar—risk aversion triggered by a sell-off in AI-related assets led to a flight to U.S. Treasuries, pushing yields lower and weighing on the dollar. As a result, the dollar fell by 0.3% on Thursday. Analysts noted that the dollar is closely linked to AI capital expenditures, and if the market grows concerned about the peak of AI investments, the dollar would be the first to take a hit.
