Digital Wealth Partners launches XRP algorithmic trading for qualified retirement accounts
Digital Wealth Partners is a registered investment advisor (RIA) specializing in digital asset investments. The company offers algorithmic trading applications for high-net-worth (HNW) users holding XRP, aiming to grow their cryptocurrency holdings and generate cash flow.
A subsidiary of the cryptocurrency family office company Ascension Group, Digital Wealth Partners has hired crypto algorithmic trading expert Arch Public to build this strategy, which is suitable for tax-advantaged retirement accounts such as IRAs.
According to the press release, this arrangement may allow certain trading activities to occur without immediately triggering tax consequences, depending on the account type and individual circumstances.
DWP stated that the XRP algorithmic trading approach brings systematic, rules-based trading to qualified individual investors through an account structure that includes regulated custody and insurance protection.
"The reason we developed this platform is that individual investors should not be excluded from the investment strategies used by institutional investors," said Digital Wealth Partners President Erin Fries. "Most XRP holders either simply hold XRP hoping it will appreciate, or trade on their own without a systematic framework. Now, they have another option."
This algorithmic strategy operates through a separately managed account (SMA) structure, ensuring that each client's assets are independent and identifiable. Client assets are held in qualified custody by Anchorage Digital, which is regulated in the United States.
DWP stated that this approach does not rely on subjective judgment or speculation on short-term price fluctuations, but instead uses quantitative signals to pursue long-term compound growth. Regardless of whether the market is rising, falling, or moving sideways, the algorithm follows a consistent set of rules.
"We are not predicting what XRP will trade at in five years," Fries said. "We are simply saying that this asset has the characteristics we need to effectively execute a specific strategy. Sufficient liquidity means we can efficiently enter and exit positions. Fast settlement supports our operational processes. And its volatility is enough to create opportunities for systematic trading returns."
