Bitcoin mining company LM Funding America plans to raise $6.5 million through a registered direct offering

Foresight News reported that Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company LM Funding America announced it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor to raise approximately $6.5 million through the issuance of common stock and warrants. The offering is expected to be completed around December 22, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
