A certain exchange (GME.N) rose 3.97% after the company announced a performance compensation plan for CEO Ryan Cohen. Another exchange (VTYX.O) soared 49%, reportedly because another exchange (LLY.N) is close to reaching a deal to acquire the company for over 1 billion US dollars.
