SlowMist Technology Chief Information Security Officer @im23pds issued a reminder that recently there have been phishing scams involving fake "2FA security verification" on MetaMask wallets. Scammers impersonate the MetaMask security alert page to lure users into completing a fraudulent two-factor authentication process, aiming to steal mnemonic phrases. The process includes forging a security alert page, a fake verification interface, and a countdown prompt.
