Morpho Discord server will switch to read-only mode starting February 1
Foresight News reported that Morpho team member albist announced on Discord that the Morpho Discord server will switch to read-only mode starting February 1. To provide safer and more reliable support services, all official support and contact channels have now been consolidated into the Morpho help page and its chat box.
Merlin Egalite, co-founder of Morpho, commented, "Discord is actually full of scammers. Even with strict monitoring and security measures, users still encounter phishing attacks when seeking answers. We recently tested Intercom, which has made support work much easier: instant translation, help center, AI support bots, ticket management, and more are all included."
