MagicBlock to launch BLOCK token presale on February 5
Foresight News reported that the on-chain gaming engine MagicBlock will launch the BLOCK token presale on February 5. The presale will last for 3 days and will be conducted in two phases: whitelist addresses will enjoy a 24-hour priority subscription period, followed by a 48-hour public sale. To qualify for the whitelist, addresses must meet at least one of the following criteria: have interacted on-chain with applications built by MagicBlock, or be core members of the MagicBlock community.
There are two ways to participate: first-come, first-served Bonding Curve (fully unlocked at TGE), and quota application (fixed price at 100 millions FDV, 1-year vesting). For the "quota application" option, the team will comprehensively consider the following signals: on-chain activity of the applying address, GitHub activity, community participation, and influence. If the application is not approved, users can withdraw their committed USDC. The TGE is currently planned for the end of Q1 or the beginning of Q2 in 2026, with the specific timing depending on development progress.
