Gelonghui, February 25th｜For the week ending February 20, the US MBA 30-year fixed mortgage rate was 6.09%, previous value was 6.17%. The US MBA Mortgage Applications Activity Index for the week ending February 20 was 340.2, previous value was 339. The US MBA Mortgage Purchase Index for the week ending February 20 was 149.7, previous value was 157.1. The US MBA Mortgage Refinance Activity Index for the week ending February 20 was 1432.9, previous value was 1375.9.
