Revolut is considering a new round of stock sales in the second half of this year to meet pre-IPO demand.
PANews, February 25 — According to Bloomberg, sources revealed that UK fintech company Revolut is considering a new round of stock sales in the second half of this year, as investors rush to buy shares in the company ahead of a potential public listing. The new round of sales would continue a series of transactions from last year, when the company's valuation rose from $45 billion in 2024 to $75 billion.
Sources said that Revolut investors have been pushing for a new round of deals at a valuation of at least $100 billion, and any new round may continue the previous hybrid transaction model. The deliberations are still at an early stage, and no decision has been made regarding the scale or timing of the stock sale. Investors and bankers are closely watching Revolut's fundraising progress, speculating that the company will eventually apply for a public listing. Some sources said the company aims to achieve a valuation of at least $150 billion through the listing. A Revolut representative declined to comment.
