Euro Volatility in February: Market Uncertainty Persists

Throughout February, the Euro experienced significant fluctuations as investors attempted to anticipate the future actions of both the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve. Much of the market’s attention has focused on the direction of US monetary policy, with many believing that developments in Washington DC will have a greater impact on the EUR/USD pair than events within Europe itself.

There is ongoing speculation that the Federal Reserve may implement two interest rate cuts later this year. However, the overall economic situation in the United States continues to influence expectations and market sentiment.
