Uniswap launches voting on eight-chain fee conversion proposal, approval conditions met with 99.9% support rate
Foresight News reports that Uniswap's second governance proposal to enable fee conversion across eight L2 chains and activate fees for all v3 pools will conclude voting in 4 hours. The proposal has already met the passing criteria, with a support rate of 99.9% and an actual voting weight of 77.83 millions.
This proposal aims to expand protocol fees for Uniswap v2 and v3 on multiple chains including Arbitrum, Base, Celo, OP Mainnet, Soneium, XLayer, Worldchain, and Zora, and to enable a new tier-based fee system for all v3 pools on the mainnet and these L2s.
