Iraq seeks oil export routes outside the Strait of Hormuz

Golden Ten Data reported on March 14 that, according to Al Jazeera, the Iraqi Ministry of Oil stated that Iraq is working to find alternative export solutions in the event of a disruption of oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz. The Iraqi Ministry of Oil added that repair and maintenance work is currently underway on the oil pipeline between Iraq's Kirkuk city and Turkey's oil hub Ceyhan, but did not provide further details about its plans.
