The NYSE ARCA Gold Miners Index, which trades around the clock in global markets, fell by 3.17% to 2319.72 points, with a cumulative weekly decline of 13.87%. The Materials Index, which trades during US stock hours, closed down 2.72% at 229.09 points, with a cumulative weekly decline of 6.46%. The Metals & Mining Index, which trades during US stock hours, closed down 3.29% at 220.05 points, with a cumulative weekly decline of 5.70%.
