Apple has officially released the first test versions of iOS 27.3 and watchOS 27.3 to developers, with the full version expected to launch in December. Among the new features, the AI listening function requires the microphone to remain constantly on, enabling real-time monitoring and summarization of nearby conversations, which may potentially violate eavesdropping laws in certain U.S. states. The updated Health app can monitor heart rate, vital signs, step count, and other fitness indicators, and can estimate a user's physiological age based on their health data.
