Cosine: Drift migrated its multisig a week ago, and the new multisig only requires a 2-of-5 signature threshold with no time lock.
According to Odaily, SlowMist founder Yu Jian posted on X: "Drift Protocol was hacked, resulting in the loss of over $200 million in assets. A week ago, the protocol migrated to a 2/5 multisig wallet (1 old + 4 new signers) without a timelock. A few hours ago, the attacker took control of the admin rights, minted fake CVT tokens, manipulated the Oracle, disabled related security mechanisms, and drained the assets from the pools..."
