Safe launches Safenet network, allowing SAFE token holders to stake and earn rewards
Foresight News reported, according to The Block, that non-custodial wallet provider Safe has launched the secure network Safenet. The SAFE token is currently in the beta phase, but SAFE token holders can start delegating assets to genesis Safenet validators to help secure the network and earn rewards.
The initial validators include Greenfield, Gnosis, Safe Labs, Rockaway, Blockchain Capital, and Core Contributors GmbH. The staking user interface went live on Thursday, but staking rewards and other related matters (such as slashing and fee-based rewards) are still pending SafeDAO approval.
