Metaplanet responds to JPX new regulations inquiry: advancing bitcoin strategy and ecosystem布局

Simon Gerovich, CEO of the Japanese Bitcoin treasury listed company Metaplanet, responded on X to the Japan Exchange (JPX) postponing the inclusion of companies whose main assets are cryptocurrencies in its index. He stated that he respects the relevant procedures and will actively participate, and that this will not affect the advancement of the company's Bitcoin strategy and ecosystem initiatives. He emphasized that Metaplanet was established to provide Japanese investors with a compliant channel to access Bitcoin via the Tokyo Stock Exchange and to promote the development of Japan's Bitcoin ecosystem through "Project Nova." Currently, more than 216,000 Japanese shareholders are involved, and the company will continue to maintain constructive communication with JPX and other parties.
