Prop firm MyForexFunds starts refunding clients after being cleared by the court
MyForexFunds Plans to Resume Operations After Regulatory Victory
Toronto’s MyForexFunds, once a leading proprietary trading firm for retail clients, is preparing to relaunch nearly three years after being forced to halt operations by US and Canadian authorities. Following a successful court ruling against the CFTC in 2025, the company has regained access to previously frozen client funds dating back to 2023. MyForexFunds has now initiated the process of reimbursing clients who had outstanding rewards when the firm was closed. Both the company and its founder and CEO, Murtuza Kazmi, have recently released public statements regarding these developments.
