This adjustment mainly reflects the company’s recent implementation of a 1-for-25 reverse stock split. After the reverse split, the total number of shares outstanding decreases accordingly, and the price per share rises proportionally. As a result, the target price needs to be technically revised to maintain consistency in the valuation benchmark.
