Nasdaq-listed company Eightco Holdings disclosed that as of April 6, 2026, its total assets amounted to $321 million, including 277,222,975 Worldcoin (WLD), 11,068 ETH, a $90 million investment in OpenAI, a $25 million investment in Beast Industries, and $110 million in cash and stablecoins. Eightco stated that it holds nearly 9% of the circulating WLD supply, making it one of the largest open market participants in the Worldcoin ecosystem. Its investment in OpenAI represents about 30% of the company’s total assets. CEO Kevin O'Donnell said: "Holding Eightco is like owning a piece of OpenAI."
