Glonghui April 7 — Federal Reserve’s Williams: There is no continuity issue at the Federal Reserve. The Fed remains focused on its work; leadership is not an issue. Until a new Federal Reserve Chair is confirmed, FOMC meetings will be chaired by Fed Chair Powell. If Walsh is not quickly confirmed, the Federal Open Market Committee of the Fed will continue to operate as usual.
