Golden Ten Data, April 9th — Beverage industry giant Constellation Brands announced its fourth quarter results for fiscal year 2026, with sales dropping 11.3% year-on-year to $1.92 billion, surpassing analysts’ average expectations of $1.864 billion; adjusted earnings per share reached $1.9, also beating the expected $1.71. Looking ahead to fiscal year 2027, Constellation Brands expects adjusted earnings per share to be between $11.2 and $11.9, while analysts had forecast $12.37; the company expects organic beer sales this year to grow by 1% to decline by 1%, below the market expectation of a 2.2% increase.
