The US Department of Energy stated that companies granted Strategic Petroleum Reserve loans include Gunvor USA, Phillips 66 Company, Trafigura Trading, and Macquarie Commodities Trading. Previously, on April 1, the US proposed to loan up to 10 million barrels of crude oil in the second batch.
