Jinse Finance reported that on April 16, all three major U.S. stock indexes turned positive. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index continued to climb, with ON Semiconductor surging 10%. AMD and Coherent rose more than 5%, Intel gained over 4%, and Texas Instruments increased nearly 3%.
