Tianfu Communication: Subsidiary Tianfu plans to invest 700,000 Singapore dollars to establish a joint venture company

Golden Ten Data reported on April 21 that Tianfu Communication announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Singapore Tianfu, plans to sign a Joint Venture Agreement with SuperX and APEX VERVE LIMITED to jointly establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd. The joint venture will have a registered capital of 2 million Singapore dollars, with Singapore Tianfu subscribing 700,000 Singapore dollars for a 35% stake, SuperX subscribing 900,000 Singapore dollars for a 45% stake, and APEX VERVE LIMITED subscribing 400,000 Singapore dollars for a 20% stake.
