Glonghui April 22｜Rare earth concept stocks generally rose, USA Rare Earth increased by over 8%, Critical Metals rose 6.6%, Energy Fuels rose 4.5%, and United States Antimony and MP Materials rose by more than 1%. According to the news, USA Rare Earth announced a $2.8 billion acquisition of Brazilian rare earth producer Serra Verde, marking the largest rare earth industry merger and acquisition deal worldwide to date and a key step in building an independent rare earth supply chain for the United States. It is predicted that by 2027, Serra Verde's heavy rare earth production will account for about half of the total supply outside Asia.
