Hyperliquid announces the establishment of a policy center in the US to promote regulatory transparency in the decentralized derivatives market
Odaily reported that, according to official news, Hyperliquid has established the Hyperliquid Policy Center (HPC) in the United States. Funded by Hyper Foundation, the organization's goal is to advocate for legal clarity and protection for U.S. users and developers. HPC will focus on the on-chain perpetual contract sector, promoting the creation of regulatory frameworks that reflect the advantages of decentralized markets and addressing current issues in U.S. law that prevent retail investors from legally participating in decentralized derivatives trading due to reliance on centralized intermediaries. HPC is committed to building legitimate domestic participation pathways for a comprehensive range of financial instruments, including on-chain perpetual contracts, spot digital assets, prediction markets, and tokenized securities.
