Glonghui, April 23 — New Era Energy announced that first-quarter revenue grew by 7.3% year-on-year to $6.701 billion, below analysts’ expectations of $7.275 billion. Adjusted earnings per share were $1.09, exceeding analysts’ expectations of $0.96, mainly due to the strong performance of its renewable energy business and increased power demand.
