NYSE Arca Applies to List and Trade ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF
BlockBeats News, April 25th, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced that the New York Stock Exchange Arca has proposed a rule change to list and trade the "Purisima Financial Active Cryptocurrency ETF" (T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF). The fund will primarily invest in a diversified basket of 5 to 15 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto assets, and hold USDC stablecoin as tokenized cash to achieve long-term capital growth through an active strategy. The SEC is currently seeking public comments on this proposal.
