CFTC Chairman Mike Selig stated that institutions are developing tools to use artificial intelligence for reviewing registration applications and monitoring trades. He believes the crypto classification guidance shared with SEC is his most important crypto project so far. He also warned prediction market participants to be aware of CFTC's tough enforcement stance.
