Gelonghui, April 29 — Amazon Web Services announced the launch of a set of tools called Amazon Connect Decisions and Amazon Connect Talent, aimed at logistics staff and recruiters. These products rely on AI agents to take actions on behalf of users, such as conducting automated interviews or creating spreadsheets to predict product demand. The new products intensify Amazon's competition with cloud rivals such as Microsoft Corp. and Oracle Corp., as well as with some of its largest clients, including Salesforce.
