In this offer, the bank submitted a total of 18.6 million Visa B-2 shares. Visa's exchange offer aims to allow eligible shareholders to exchange their Visa B-1 shares or Visa B-2 shares for the company’s Class A common shares. This move is part of Visa's capital structure optimization plan.
