According to Jinse Finance, on May 4, the French listed company Capital B announced the completion of a €1.1 million financing round, with Adam Back participating as an investor. Additionally, the company adjusted the conversion price of the B-04 convertible bonds subscribed by Adam Back to accelerate the advancement of its "Bitcoin reserve company" strategy.
